The Live Design Session is a one-day facilitated working session where you design your firm's operating system with us in the room — intake, onboarding, case progression, staff roles, tech stack, delegation, and reporting. You make the decisions. We guide every one of them.

This is not a webinar and not a course. It is eight hours of working time on your actual firm, structured in 75–90 minute blocks with two short breaks and a 45-minute lunch. Nothing is skipped and nothing is left as homework.
